Lost and Found
Lose an item at the Ark Encounter? Please fill out a missing item report, so your item may be returned if found. Once the report is submitted, you will be sent an update if your item is recovered. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after two weeks. As a reminder, Answers in Genesis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
Lost items may be picked up or shipped. Shipping fees are generally $25, but shipping costs may vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) shipped.
