If so, we are hiring at the Ark Encounter! (Our sister attraction, the Creation Museum, and our parent ministry, Answers in Genesis, have a variety of available positions as well.)

At the Ark Encounter, we are always looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate people who will create the best experience possible for our guests. We have a variety of positions, schedules, and shifts to accommodate most needs.

Upcoming Job Fair

On May 10, 2021, the Ark Encounter is hosting a job fair inside the Answers Center from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. You can apply for a job, be interviewed, and potentially get offered a position all in the same day!

Interested applicants will have the opportunity to meet with department managers to explore the many positions within the Ark Encounter. We are currently hiring seasonal specialists in multiple departments: culinary services, facilities, guest services, horticulture, housekeeping, operations, retail, and the Ararat Ridge Zoo. We also have full-time and part-time positions open as well. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Ark Encounter’s vision and serving others, enthusiastic, energetic, an excellent multi-tasker, and able and willing to fill or change positions quickly. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Ongoing Open Interviews

We will also be hosting several open interviews throughout the spring and summer for the Ark Encounter on the following dates:

• June 17
• July 15
• July 29
• August 12

These interviews will take place near the Ark at the NKU Grant County Center (390 N. Main St. in Williamstown) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on each of the above dates.
