Did you know there is a difference between historical and observational science? Learn about the two types of science and the disciplines of forensic science through in-depth investigation and observation. God created unique traits in every individual that can be used by forensic scientists to determine identity. This engaging, hands-on program will strengthen your ability to analyze details and draw conclusions.

Open to students ages 11 to 18 years of age.

Explore Forensics is a 3-hour program scheduled from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. Due to parking and bus transportation to the Ark Encounter, recommended arrival time is 12:30 p.m.

The Explore Days program is on a four-year rotating schedule. Each Explore Day includes a minimum of three hands-on, interactive sessions. The yearly topics are provided in the schedule below.

Please keep in mind that some of our activities are contingent upon weather.

  • Includes all scheduled events and parking fee.
  • Price includes one student (age 11 to 18). Additional students are $24.99 each.
