A deposit of $500 is required to reserve the date of your Overnight and lock in the current prices. Your deposit will be applied against the total cost of the visit.
Any cancellation of an overnight reservation will incur a minimum $250 fee.

Final numbers are required two months (60 calendar days) before the date of your scheduled visit. This ensures that staffing and food orders can be completed in sufficient time. Numbers may not be increased once payment has been made.
Full payment, in one transaction, must be received two months (60 calendar days) before the date of your scheduled visit.
If you wish to cancel your overnight visit more than two months (61+ calendar days) before your scheduled visit, one-half of your deposit ($250) can be refunded in the method in which it was paid. Checks may take up to 4-6 weeks to mail.
All cancellations made between 31 and 60 days of your scheduled visit will result in a fee of $2,500. Checks may take up to four to six weeks to mail.
All cancellations made 30 days or less from your scheduled visit are nonrefundable.
Groups arriving more than one hour past the check-in time will incur a fee of $85 per hour.
