You Could Volunteer in the Shop

by Ark Encounter on September 28, 2015

When asked, “What are you making?” the surprise answer was, “Wood shavings, drill chips, and sawdust!” Nothing like a volunteer’s good sense of humor after a long week’s labor in the shop. Here is a picture of Roger Kubly and Richard Kerslake working on some posts that will be used in an Ark exhibit. Although this is Roger’s first tour of duty, Richard, the one with a humorous side, has been here four times. He is a real estate manager and Richard was a civil engineer—a bridge builder.

We sure appreciate the many people who dedicate a week here and a week there. If you think that you’d be interested in volunteering at Answers in Genesis, visit our website and get signed up—we’d love to have you. We will find something for you to do because there is a boatload of work to be done. Who knows? You may make a new friend like Roger and Richard have done.
