Contest and Opening Date for Ark Encounter

At a press conference on Thursday, November 12, Ark Encounter officials will be making the exciting announcement of the opening date next year of Ark Encounter, a full-size Noah’s Ark.

And before the announcement, you have the opportunity to participate in an exciting competition between now and Thursday for two free tickets to Ark Encounter to be used after it opens summer 2016. Be sure to stay tuned for the opening date announcement on November 12 happening during a press conference that will feature Ken Ham, geologist Dr. Andrew Snelling, cell biologist Dr. Nathaniel Jeanson, AiG co-founder Mike Zovath, and Patrick Marsh, VP of attractions for Ark Encounter. Special guest Dr. John Whitcomb, author of the ground-breaking book The Genesis Flood, will also be attending this event. The press will get an opportunity to tour the Ark and speak with AiG representatives about this exciting project.

Although only press are able to physically attend this event, you can watch the press conference right from the comfort of your own home. We will be streaming it live through the app Periscope and you can tune in from anywhere in the world and hear the exciting announcement for yourself.
