We’re very excited to announce that our new Ark Encounter exhibit, Why the Bible Is True, opens to the public this week! Join us at 1 p.m. (EST) on Friday, February 24, for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony as we introduce this powerful exhibit to our guests. Here are two ways you can experience this event, along with more information about this stunning addition to the Ark Encounter.
If you want to be a part of the opening of this new exhibit, purchase your Ark Encounter tickets today and plan to join us on the third deck of the life-size Noah’s Ark at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 24. When you join us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, you will be one of the first to tour the Why the Bible Is True exhibit.
This is also the perfect opportunity to take in all of the other displays on each deck of the Ark, especially if this is your first visit. If you have made a trip to the Ark Encounter previously, you will notice all the enhancements and updates we’ve added since opening.
Are you unable to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Why the Bible Is True exhibit but still want to see it? You can watch from your computer, tablet, or smartphone! Follow Ken Ham’s Facebook page to view the event’s live stream, and make sure you turn on the notifications for his live videos so you don’t miss the ribbon cutting.
In the Why the Bible Is True exhibit, you will feel as if you have stepped into the pages of a graphic novel. Follow three college students as they explore questions about the truth of God’s Word and why there is death and suffering in this world. This expansive exhibit, which takes up a large section of the bow end of the Ark Encounter’s third deck, also uses the “doors” featured in the Bible to present the gospel (John 10:9). This powerful gospel presentation will impact many lives.
You can watch Ken Ham talk with Tim Chaffey, content manager for the Ark Encounter, and Jon Taylor, lead production designer, about this exhibit in this behind-the-scenes video.
Whether you watch online or join us in person for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newest addition to the Ark Encounter, start planning your trip to see this exquisite exhibit today!
