Interview on the Spot at the Ark Encounter

At the Ark Encounter, we are always looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate people who will create the best experience possible for our guests. We have a variety of positions, schedules, and shifts to accommodate most needs.

On February 17, 2021, the Ark Encounter is hosting a Job Fair inside the Answers Center from 11 a.m.–6 p.m. You can apply, interview, and get hired all in the same day!

Interested applicants will have the opportunity to explore the many positions within the Ark Encounter, as well as at our sister attraction, the Creation Museum, and our parent ministry, Answers in Genesis. Each department manager will be available to discuss positions in a career-fair type of setting.

Registration for the Job Fair is not required, but encouraged for our planning purposes. Help us prepare for your visit by registering today!

We currently have both full-time and seasonal positions available, with opportunities in culinary services, guest services, housekeeping, transportation, retail, the zoo, and more.
